Welcome to Chaudhary Farmhouse! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Chaudhary Farmhouse's Website.

1. Booking & Payments

By booking a farmhouse through our website or directly via our concierge team, you agree to pay the specified rates, including any additional catering, decor or event setup fees selected by you.

All bookings are finalized once the payment is successfully completed and you receive an execution contract directly from Aarav Chaudhary's reservation desk.

2. Farmhouse Rules & Capacity Limit

Each farmhouse has a maximum specified occupancy limit that must be strictly followed. Exceeding this limit without prior approval from our executive team may lead to extra charges or immediate termination of the stay without refunds.

Guests are expected to treat the property, gardens, pools, and amenities with respect. Any damage caused during the stay will be charged directly to the booking guest's account.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard Check-in is at 2:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the respective booking dates. Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be confirmed with the reservations desk and are subject to availability.

4. Liability

Chaudhary Farmhouse and the respective farmhouse owners shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or personal injury sustained by guests during their stay, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
