Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our clear, industry-standard policy regarding cancellations and refunds for farmhouse bookings within the Chaudhary network.
1. Cancellation Thresholds
Our refund percentage is calculated based on how many days prior to the check-in date the cancellation request is received:
- 15 days or more: 100% refund of the total booking amount.
- 7 to 14 days: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 7 days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this period.
2. Rescheduling Policy
In place of cancellation, you may request to reschedule your stay to a future date. Rescheduling requests must be placed at least 10 days before check-in and are subject to dynamic weekend pricing adjustments and availability.
3. Process & Timelines
To request a cancellation or refund, please email booking@chaudharyfarmhouse.com or contact your assigned concierge coordinator. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment mode within 5 to 7 business days.
