1. ✅ Booking & Entry

• Entry will be permitted strictly within your booked slot: Day slot: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Night slot: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Adjust times as per your actual slots).

• Guests must provide a valid government ID proof of all group members at check-in.

• Only the number of guests confirmed during booking will be allowed. Extra guests may incur additional charges or denied entry.

2. 🛡️ Safety & Security

• Please respect the property. Damaging, removing, or misusing farmhouse property (indoor or outdoor) is strictly prohibited.

• CCTV surveillance is active in outdoor common areas for your safety (no cameras inside rooms or private areas).

• Weapons, drugs, illegal activities, and any suspicious behavior will be reported to local authorities immediately.

3. 🔇 Noise & Neighbor Courtesy

• Loud music is allowed only till 10:00 PM, in accordance with local laws. Keep volume moderate during your stay.

• Avoid public nuisance, loud shouting, or inappropriate behavior on the premises and surrounding areas.

4. 🚯 Cleanliness & Waste Management

• Please dispose of waste responsibly in designated dustbins. Littering around the property or outdoor areas is strictly not allowed.

• Leave the farmhouse in the same clean condition as you found it. Excessive mess will attract a cleaning fee.

5. 🚫 Restricted Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking inside closed rooms (use designated outdoor areas).

• Hookah/Shisha indoors without prior permission.

• Bonfires, fireworks, or barbecues without farmhouse management’s approval.

• Pets, unless pre-approved at booking.

• Illegal streaming, filming, or commercial activities without permission.

6. 🔑 Check-out & Property Condition

• Ensure all personal belongings are collected at check-out.

• Any damage or missing items will be charged at actual repair/replacement cost.

• Late check-out beyond your 12-hour slot will result in overtime charges.

7. 📱 Responsibility Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for accidents, personal injuries, theft, or loss of belongings during your stay.

• Use of the pool, open areas, and farmhouse facilities is at your own risk.

8. 💰 Security Deposit & Fines

• A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in.

• Deductions will be made for damages, rule violations, or unauthorized activities.

• Treat the farmhouse like your own home.

• Respect our staff and comply with any on-site instructions.

• Enjoy your time while maintaining responsibility for yourself and your group.
